Supporting the Vision: A great leader needs great support. God is telling you today that you are called to be Timothy and Erastus for your pastor.
The Transforming Gospel: When the gospel of God comes into your life, he gives you a new lens in which to see the world. We should change where we spend our money, how we spend our time.
Overcoming Mob Mentality: We live in a world with a lot of information, but not enough truth. You have to ask the Holy Spirit to give you discernment so you're not like these people in the midst of confusion, not knowing right from wrong and just following the crowds.
Rooted Conviction: People can be swayed by the mob mentality, shouting Hosanna on Sunday but yelling crucify him on Friday.
You need to be convicted about what you have believed in your hearts. An idol cannot be removed, it could only be replaced. You must recognize your need for Jesus to sit on your throne.
